Gym workout tracker & AI coach
YPT is a gym workout tracker and training log built for the gym floor, with an optional AI personal trainer that plans your strength training from what you have actually logged. Made for strength training, weightlifting, powerlifting and hybrid training, with RPE and an estimated 1RM for every lift.

Built for every kind of training
Strength training & powerlifting
Squat, bench, deadlift – with RPE and an estimated 1RM for every set.
Bodybuilding & hypertrophy
Volume, splits, progressive overload and progress charts per exercise.
Olympic weightlifting
Snatch and clean & jerk work planned by the AI coach.
Functional fitness & WODs
Log AMRAP, EMOM and For Time as one result – CrossFit-style workouts included.
Hybrid training & racing
Strength and conditioning in one plan, including prep for HYROX and similar fitness races.
Weight loss & conditioning
A plan built around your goal, your equipment and the time you have.
How the AI coach works
You set the goal
Muscle, strength, fat loss, endurance, weightlifting, HYROX or CrossFit. Add your level, days per week, split and any limits in your own words – like “45 minutes, no cables”.
It reads your data
Your athlete profile (goals, equipment, exercises you like and dislike, restrictions if you choose to add them) and your history: what you trained over the last 8 weeks, with weights, reps and RPE, your estimated 1RM and PRs. It never makes things up – if something is missing, it asks.
It programs with a method
It follows proven principles for each kind of training – strength, hypertrophy, weightlifting, functional and hybrid training, endurance and fat loss. Longer plans are periodized: weeks build on each other through build, push and deload phases. Loads come from your real numbers and target RPE.
It rotates exercises with intent
No copy-paste from last week: it changes variations, grips and equipment based on what you have done, but keeps the main lifts longer so progress stays measurable. Exercise swaps keep the same training effect.
It explains why
Every plan comes with the reasoning behind it and what to expect. Not enough data yet? It offers a short testing week, or builds the plan on conservative estimates.
Built around you, not a template
The AI coach does not hand out a one-size-fits-all program. Every plan is built from your athlete profile, your training history and whatever you tell it in the request. Here is everything it takes into account:
- Goal and priority
- Your main and secondary goal – muscle, strength, fat loss, endurance, racing – decides the exercises, volume and intensity of the plan.
- Level and training age
- Beginners get simpler exercises and a gentler progression; advanced lifters get more volume, intensity and variation.
- Time and frequency
- The plan sticks to your days per week and session length. If you have 45 minutes, you will not get a 90-minute workout.
- Equipment
- It only programs exercises you can actually do with your equipment – a full gym, home dumbbells or just bodyweight.
- Exercises you like and dislike
- Training styles you enjoy show up more often. Exercises you hate are left out.
- Body and PRs
- Sex, age, height, weight and your current PRs, so it does not have to guess starting weights.
- Training history
- What you actually did over the last 8 weeks – weights, reps, RPE and estimated 1RM. That sets your loads and the next progression.
- Your own words
- Anything you add to the request – like “my shoulder hurts, no overhead pressing today” or “only 30 minutes” – is treated as a hard requirement the plan has to meet.
When it does not know your numbers yet
- Add your PRs In Profile → Personal records you enter your current bests (weight × reps), so the coach does not have to guess starting weights.
- The coach asks If your profile is empty, it asks up front – for your squat, bench and deadlift, for example.
- Not sure? Testing week Just say “don't know”. For longer plans it offers a testing week with tests for your sport – powerlifting, weightlifting, HYROX, CrossFit or general fitness. It estimates your 1RM from 3–5 reps with good form, never from a true max attempt.
- Or the plan right away You can skip the testing week. You get the plan straight away, built on conservative estimates, and every next plan uses what you log.
Health limitations and injuries
You can add past injuries and movement limitations to your athlete profile – a sensitive knee or shoulder pain when pressing, for example. The coach then takes them into account when choosing exercises and setting loads, so the plan stays safe for you.
- Health data is sensitive. The coach only uses it with your explicit consent, and only if you are 18 or older.
- Without consent it does not ask about your health. It may only ask about fatigue, sleep, stress and muscle soreness.
- You can withdraw consent in your Profile at any time – your health data is then deleted from your profile.
- YPT is not a medical service: it does not diagnose, does not deal with medication and does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist. After an injury or with health concerns, talk to a doctor before starting a new program.

FAQ
Is YPT free?
Yes. Workout logging, history, progress charts and records are free and unlimited. Only the optional YPT PRO subscription with the AI coach is paid.
Does logging work without signal?
Yes. Every set is saved on your phone the moment you tap and is sent later, once you are back online. No signal in the gym, no lost sets.
What does the AI coach do?
It plans a single workout, a weekly plan, a 4-week block or a program of 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. It starts from your goal, your equipment and what you actually trained over the last 8 weeks – weights, reps, RPE and estimated 1RM. Longer plans are periodized (build, push, deload), exercises rotate with intent, and every plan explains why it is built that way. The subscription includes 30 generations per month; exercise swaps and follow-up questions do not count.
Who is YPT for?
Strength training, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding and hybrid training – anyone who wants a clear log of sets, weights and progress in the gym.
Can YPT plan for HYROX or CrossFit?
Yes. Pick HYROX or CrossFit as your goal in the AI coach and get a plan based on your level and history. Log WODs like AMRAP, EMOM and For Time as one result. YPT is not affiliated with HYROX or CrossFit.
Will the plan adapt to my health limitations?
Yes, if you add them to your athlete profile and consent to health data processing (18+). The coach then takes injuries and movement limitations into account when choosing exercises and loads. Without consent it does not ask about your health. YPT does not replace a doctor or physio.
Which devices and languages?
iPhone and Android, in English, Czech and German.
Safety. YPT is not a medical service, and the AI coach is not a doctor or a physiotherapist. You train at your own risk. If you have health concerns or are coming back from an injury, talk to a doctor before starting a new program.
